Hi sorry to be an arse, the spring seat hight is lower than a standared (kyb,ect) damper. so if you put the springs on the back on say kyb gas-a-just. The back will then sit higher, thus changing geometry and turn-in speed, its fine upto normall uk road speeds but getts abit twitchy after. whats the part no, on these items?

not sure on the part number mate . they cam on the car when i bought it.only changing as i got a set of coilovers for a descent price

Mmm, if you did split the springs id take the dampers as they might be similar enough to make a set out of mine. would be good to get part number before i buy. easiest one to find is on the rear damper near the bottom.
