had a little race with one ( on a private road ) 1st 2nd and 3rd there was nothing in it then when i put it in 4th he started pulling away, but then he hit his 112mph limiter and i went sailing past him  mine car is running bout 150 bhp

Was it an N/A

I had a little mess around with one from a standing start going onto the Motorway. We didnt brake the speed limit but it destroyed my CT9 Hybrid GT.

Very quick cars in my opinion but fuel bills do put me off.

Drove a few through the work.Feel silly fast and the handling feels really solid.A pain to work on though, timing belts are a mission and the alilgnment adjustments seizes up really easy on the suspension.Handbrake cables and rear calipers get sticky aswell. I'd defo have one.......if there was a space for a baby seat :)

I do wonder why people keep saying that. You have to drive like a complete moron to lose an MR2, even the turbo ones.

its the drift wanabee's that wreck them. apparently its the type of diff in them, it lets you step it out a bit then "bites"

Yeah mate yamaha produced the heads for the 3sgte engines right up till the 4th and final version of the 3sgte found in the caldina gt four the 3sgte found in the caldina has the highest output of power then any of the other 3sgte engines its fun beating evos with a family wagon lol the turbo is huge except its a one cast unit the turbo and manifold are joined together unlike the celica gt four which has a seperate turbo and manifold combination

sounds nice mate,il be honest with you this is all new to me:argue:what turbo does it run then matey??

I see you are quite a new member so I will warn you not to pay too much attention to Deano, he was tearing up ferraris in his auto Glanza so his stories of thrashing evo's and pretty much every other car on the road are to be taken with a silo of salt.

im sorry but no way would a 150bhp glanza compair to a stock mr2 turbo up to 4rth gear, unless it was knakerd. even the rev 1/2 are 220bhp and easly tuned to 280for little money.

i though about one insted of my eunos but i wanted the challenge of making a n/a into a turbo and i like FR over MR layout.

very tunable though, seen many of them running 12's with mild mods done to them

They are absolutely way quicker than a standard ep you are probably just saying that to wind me up lol the caldina gtt does mid to late 5 seconds to 100 km/h I have beaten evos up passing lanes and around corners you will be very surprised wish I could have got a video yesterday

A caldina gtt is capable of doing high 13s stock and i dont know of any starlet doing anymore than mid to high 15s the caldina runs the ct15b same turbo as the vvti aristo and soarer the mr2 has the ct26 and later on they had the more responsive ct20 turbo its always funny beating evos and getting given the finger afterwards lol if you want to know any other info about caldinas ask glanza.co.uk he is a member on here he knows his stuff

Here's what can happen if you drive out of you limit's with these cars. This was taken recently at a track day at Cadwell.

Deano, you've got a 4WD Avensis!

Shush with your Macca statements, you're a keyboard warrior.

Please don't post in my thread again, thanks.
