URGENT ! LSD help

I have a OEM limited slip diff gear box and was plodding to work at about 25 mph and bang my drive shaft snapped in my diff , i have managed to get the bit out but how do i know if it was the diff that caused it or just a weak shaft ?

the bit stuck in the diff.

is the bit pointed at ment to turn ? the little rollers inside it do.

any help will be great as im breaking the car now so need to know what caused it thanks.

it must of just locked up on u somehow then the wheel that was still moveing twisted the drive shaft to snap, am not sure man but i would not put that gearbox on my own car to be honest with u.

ive now got a shaft and fitted it all turns fine no weird noises in gear or in neutral but there is in and out movement on both sides.... is this normal ?

Your video link is broken, but yes it's normal for the inner joints to have a slight amount of float in the diff.
