Valve Stem Seal Replacement

Apologies if it has been asked before but is there a guide for replacing stem seals, if not can some one detail what is needed?

Are you taking the head off or attempting it with the head still in place?

Then it is straight forward.
Get a valve spring compressor (Cheap)
Remove the shim buckets
Compress the valve spring with the compressor and remove the cotters(a flat screwdriver that is a strong magnet works good to remove and replace them)
Remove the compressor
Remove the valve spring retainer
Remove the valve spring
Gently remove the seal with a flat screwdriver lifting it up by putting the flat under the lip of the seal and wedging it off.
Put on the new seal
Repeat 16 times
