well if its using oil could be turbo valve stem oil seals or rings could be other things but these would be most common. is it smoky when you start from cold and let idle or only under load?

thats what i thought but i replaced the turbo .
its smoky after about 1 min after you start up and there is always a small amount that comes out when you drive, but if your stopped at a junction and you rev up to move off it puts out an embarrassing amount of smoke

sounds the same as my one when the turbo seals went when ur on boost it puff out white/grey smoke and if you leave it tick over when warm puffs out smoke too!

you sure the turbo you replaced it with is good?
