How do you fit quadlights to a mk 2 non facelift model? Is there a special kit or just a load of hard work?

I have done it before mate.
You need a full set which should include:
X2 Quad Lights
X1 Grille
X2 Quad Light specific Mounting Brackets
The brackets are specific to the quad lights so you cant really just use the Square lamp brackets for example.
You will need to some cutting out to fit the quad light into the slot but this is not very hard at all. The brackets that hold the quad light onto the slam pannel will require a drill and then just bolt it up.
Apart from this you then just need an electrician to wire up the headlights or if you are competent in doing this then you can do it.
