sorry but my english is not very good! i just past nct 2 weeks ago car was perfect.i have a jam ecu,hks actuator boosting 1 bar. after past nct i was remove the air con and broke the cathalyc converter to make it like a decat and change the manifold for and aftermarket autobann after that she was start white smoke get a bad smell and sound was like a sub woofer the turbo timer before was on 10 sec wen i start the car after 1 hour drive she come up to 1 min but now after 20 mins drive its heat to maximum. after all 2 days before i was put back the std manifold and change the turbo for another ct9 and its still same. help please thanks in advance.

You broke the cat and changed the mani and turbo? What mani and turbo are you running now dude? I cant really make sense of your post..

if you could post in a detailed and clear way what you have done to the car and what type of smoke/how much you have we could help more.

broke the cat - gutted the cat? when i gutted my cat the turbo seals went and it was smoking and smelt bad.

turbo timer set on automatic wont tell you anything about anything mate. ignore that, just set it to 30 seconds all the time. if you have a lot of white smoke there could be water entering your system. are you losing water? does the white smoke go after its warmed up? if so its only condensation.

That's one of the many problems with Ireland now a days, Hard to find a single person that has even a basic grasp of english...

Youll get more white smoke on start up since you gutted your car,

No problem there if its only condensation.

hi ted thanks to understands me.can u tell me how to set up the turbo timer on automatic please. its keep smoke even when its warmed so i dont think its condensation!
