water pipes on rad no getting solid when hot

When cars hot to running temperature in middle and the radiator is hot pipes arnt getting solid I've got an aluminum radiator and sard thermostat but never had this problem before thanks for any help

I would swap the thermostat to the stock one and see, i dont no anything about sard thermostats.

Thermostat has been fine for 2 years could it be stuck open wouldn't the temperature be lower than half way thanks
