what head gasket and thickness

as this is my first turbo'd car im still bit new to all this,but im having to rebuild my glanza v after owning it for 5months,
it should be in for a rebore next week, im searching around for a head gasket/kit for it,
the previous owner reconmended at least a standard oe toyota 1. but im wondering what everyone else reconmends.
its running a Clocked ct9@1bar of boost,
External wastegate,
Zisco manifold
Japspeed decat,
Japspeed exhaust system
Fuel Presure regulator
Apexi avc-r
Apexi safc
HKS FCD
rolling roaded at 198bhp

just wanted to no what gasket and what thickness would be best.
iv been looking for info on here but cant seem to find anything that simplifies it enough for me ,

any help would b appriciated :)

Id go for a metal HG might aswell while its all apart, either a 1.2mm athena or a ZEP HG or maybe even a TRD metal hg.
If you do make sure you get the block decked and minimal amount skimmed from head if needed.

yes buddy 1.2 is standard thickness de compressed, 1mm fully compressed i believe need a guru to back me up on that one lol

i dont think the metal hg's compress as much but im not too sure.

If i was in your boots id defo be looking at running a 1.2mm or maybe a 1.4mm depending how much is skimmed off of the head and block :)
