That sound as shocking MPG to me. I think your 17 inch wheels doesn't help here!

Based on the last 2 tanks with new 15" wheels my city driving has gone from 21mpg to 22 mpg. The new wheels do encourage more spirited driving however.

With Auto boxes I've noticed the MPG goes down when the box is on it's way - even though you get no sign of performance issues, the MPG does drop! 22mpg is shocking in my opinion, what Petrol do you use?
