what needs to be done to make a gt exhaust fit a glanza?

I think just the exhaust hangers need modifying as they are in a different place.
If you are changing the shifter as a complete unit it will fit, but certain smaller components aren't interchangeable

So if i changed over the whole unit around the shifter(the white unit holding the rod) it would fit?

Yes, the full unit will swap between glanza and gt cars

the hangers on the back box section are different if im not mistaking

Ye that's correct it's only the very last hanger will have to be moved back slightly handy fix if your good with a welder
