Interesting thread, I agree with many people on here about old school turbos, I've yet to see anyone design a twin scroll manifold or anything for the starlet(may be there is, but I have not seen it), with modern technology, turbo chargers available that are advancing every day, we're getting left behind lol,
I know many cosworths running twin scroll manifolds with the latest garret and borgs, it's an old car but it's keeping with the times, I'm not some secret ford fan but I think there going in the right directon, not stuck in the past because it's easier to stay with an old truck turbo because it makes big numbers, and proven.
I don't want the starlet secne to fade away in the back ground.
I'll also add I'm running a gt2860rs on a 5e I'm making full boost @1.5 bar by 3900 not fully mapped by a pro yet just a base map, and if anyone else is running a gtrs series turbo and feel hard done by with the gtx cuming out, garret can offer the front housing being machined and the new billet wheels ect, in affect turning it Into a gtx
