Where can I find a TIMING BELT TENSIONER SPRING???

I need a new timing belt tensioner spring for my 4efte motor. Unfortunately it seems that no one in the State of Georgia sells it.
DO you know of a website that sells it or would i have to call Toyota UK to try to order it?
