Which oil?

Im due for an oil change soon, i know its been covered a million times but whih oil is best car has done about 80k i used gtx magnatex last change but was told it was wank. Could do with something fairly easy to get hold of cheers guys.

alot of oil specialists dont recomend castrol. get in contact with opie poils mate. they know their shit when it comes to oil.

millers or silkolene seem to be the preffered oil on jap performance motors.

used millers fully synthetic last time.

are regular dino oils good for these cars? or mobil type synthetics?
Ive been using quaker state peak performance or Shell oil 10w30 but been thinking about switching to synthetic.
