who else overheating with smaller rad on tdo4??

as mentioned in previous posts car is reaching temps of over 100 occasional and running in 90-100 constantly, any one else with smaller rad overheating and has any body solved this problem if so how??

yes mate, use the standard rad, mine fits, just had to trim a tiny bit off the end of the rad where the actuator hits it.

Or drive around with the heaters on full heat and full blast with your windows down. It works :D
 
mine never really ran too hot, the only problem i had was water flying out the overfill bottle but i sorted this wil a honda rad cap 1.1bar i think it was.

wat you mean by AFR'S and EGT's??
thinking about just replacing the smaller rad with the standard one and put it in the place of the air con which i will have to remove?

Ive never had a problem with a smaller rad, keeping cool, with a ct20 turbo.
If the rad flows well enough then there shouldnt be a problem.
Sounds to me there is something else wrong and not the rad.
