who to rebuild td04?

hi stay north scotland anywhere local to rebuild my td04 or any good rep companies to get rebuilt, has minimal play but not want to risk it as just forged, also any difference between hybrid or standard rebuild and balance ect?

i only paid £50 for it but its minimal play i wouldna say it was to bad bud so wiz just going to get prices bud
