At first I didnt see much of a problem (probably because I was still in shock lol) but now after thinking about it more and more, it just seems wrong!! to much competition cant be a good thing and the fact they have knicked Enzo's hard earned 8 years or so of work is just.............................wrong!

As said, I dont think Enzo will let things lie and as a result UKSO might suffer which would leave the guys up shit street without anything!

Possibly what is deserved though none the less

if a boss of a company you work for is making money, but you dont like him or the way the business is run for whatever reason, then you cant just suddenly say 'sorry mate dont really agree with what your doing, we are going to forcibly replace you, cheers'. lol you think that would stand up in court?!

you should have started the new forum from scratch and anybody that wanted to join it would have copied all their own stuff over.

Also Im not the biggest poster in either of the sites but im not entierly happy about information, passwords and private emails being taken from one site and put onto another site without my permission. I will more an likely use both those sites for parts and to learn more about starlets. I'm just glad this forum has its priorities straight and doesnt have this kind of problem

The fact you looked into it just shows you knew how wrong what you were doing was.
And the fact you think legally you can get away with it makes no odds as you have shown the lot of you have no morals.
Despite what you say enzo said or did you stole what wasn't yours and that's apparent to anyone with a brain.

Im guessing you did not read your t's and c's when signing up? if you did you would realise that every piece of your info if found can e used buly anyone and everyone. Be it usernames.emails. Forum posts paypal addresses private messages etc. Go through the sign in and read it again all the legal part when you sign up to all forums will state something along the lines of all your data and or sensistive info etc will e held on encypted servers blah de blah de blah. Your content will become basically propery of the site owner ie uksc

Yes i can see peoples point about you didnt sign up to it but if you wernt happy with the terms you aggreed to when signing to uksc why did you?

And for those that keep going on about money and its his forum etc quite true but traders pay a fee of 120 quid each year to use uksc as selling point in business only for the forum to go down once a month because hes spent the money. And to top it off has the balls to say it comes from his pocket when he has had that money in the first place.

So yeah in future check what you sign up to before doing so

It is a new forum using content that is free for every one to use when and how they like. Socks is the webmaster who has his head screwed on and knows what he is doing

Well everyone needs to know if they dont agree with there content or details used by UKSO they need to ask directly on the site to have it removed, saying on here or other sites means nothing will happen,Socks will just continue to use it unless directly asked.

That is in the process of being done. We have done this mainly for our readily active members who, just like us were unhappy with the way Uksc was being run. Anyone is welcome to join us, anyone who is unhappy with it and doesn't want to be on it just say.

I couldnt give a toss about my contenet on UKSC, but what i do care about is the fact that my sensitive info was taken from an encrypted server.
With a massive mis-use of trust Socks has copied that info from Enzo's server, thats stealing and moraly wrong.

If he is as good as people think he is, then he should have started from scratch, and made it look and feel alot less like UKSC.

I think you'll find that the original statement was in fact correct.
Laws override any T's & C's anyway no matter what might be stated in them...

Charlie I'm honestly not trying to come across as ignorant I'm just trying to refrain from getting into slanging matches with people about what's happened

Trust me I'm really gutted this has happened. Uksc was my home. I loved the place everyone knew that I was online all the time. This was a really really hard decision for me and I many times nearly stayed. This was the last thing I wanted to happen but I honestly can't see Uksc progressing in the right way. The admin, the moderators, traders and the members that were all unhappy and have come across to ukso ate my friends. There the ones we have meets with, the good laughs and long nights at jae and the early Japfest starts. Uksc was my family and now my family have moved to ukso. I'm sorry but I move with my family

Maybe not now as all this has happened so He'l be trying to prove a point but very soon into the future geo will move Uksc back to the old shared server. All those problems will come back like the 3 months downtime we had last year. Now this is geo's site he's definiatly entitled to do what he wants and I understand that however when this happened last year we (mods Admin etc) stood in geo's corner and defended him. We were manning Facebook and threads on here etc reassuring people it will be up again soon and not to worry. angry members angry traders etc but we ploughed through it. In that time we had very little feedback from geo and nothing but lies and broken promises. Now as iv said its his site and that's fine but I'm not going through that again

I know a lot of people don't agree with how ukso became about but there's more happy people now and that's the main thing for us. I'm sorry this has happened but its been a long road to this moment and finially now it's looking good in our eyes. We can progress how we want without restrictions we don't agree with and rules that stop us progressing.

OK, so lets liken this to your day job. So I'd imagine then, that if you became disgruntled at how the company was being run, you'd simply take the client database, files, clients, get all of your colleagues to move to your new venture, and rename if from ACME Limited to ACNE Limited?

Morals, ethics and legality are more important in this life than Starlets chap, no matter where you think your 'home' may be. It's this lack of respect that's causing this country to become what it is. Simply justifying something to your own personal agenda will never make it right.
