will this GREX sandwich plate fit?

Im buying an oil cooler and it comes with this GREX sandwich plate.

I am right in thinking it wont fit because the power steering bracket is in the way and ill have to get a relocation kit?

Ive already got a sandwich plate on at the moment which ive had to grind down would i beable to put this grex one on top of it or will there still not be enough room?

you can grind/notch the ps bracket to fit that,ive a greddy one(same as grex),and grinded it down and it fitted perfect.

i suspect you should be able to put a sandwich on a sandwich but you can't have the air-con rad in place -- same to the oil filter (collector plate) which sits below the filter to protect it or channel away oil leaks during changes. the PS bracket adjustment bolt will also foul it if you put both on. i think you'll have to remove and grind down the PS bracket for it to fit. i had to shave off a major chunk of mine for my sandwich to fit..

Do the grex sandwich plates have take off's for oil guages?
