Hey guys,

I was driving along side my mate the other night who looked over to my car and said my wheels buckled. :confused: I thought that's impossible because I had the wheels fitted and balanced just a day before he noticed it.

So I've been looking at the problems but I don't know what's up. I've jacked the car up and tried to shake the wheel but its solid and doesn't move. So I got the whole front end of the car up and put it in gear to get the wheels spinning, and both side wheels are slightly moving side to side. :confused:

I've recently fitted Levin brakes using 8mm spacers behind the disc, and I'm just wondering whether something has gone wrong there but I wouldn't know what to check. I've also fitted longer wheel studs.

That's what I thought too, but like I said the wheel actually is moving because I put it in gear while the was up on stands to have a look.

Oh yeah, the spacers don't sit flat against the hub for some reason. I can't remember what was stopping it but I do know that it didn't sit 100% flush against the hub.

id say the spacers not sitting flat are causing the wheel to look as though it is buckled or bent.try and get them sorted first,might solve the problem.
