Won't start when cold :/

I have to undo the two dizzy bolts and tilt it all the way back to get it to eventually start then when it does move it all the way back too the front too get revs too come down on idle then when it's hot starts fine :/ any ideas?

Has greddy emanage blue ecu just been rebuilt I'm puzzled.

Sounds like you have a sensor unplugged or something, any codes come up on the system? I had this issue when I 1st put my engine back in after a rebuild but I think it was a sensor or broken wire somewhere
