i am talking power wise, i would love to see a 800+whp starlet but just cat see it

cant actually imagine how fast that would be:drive::haha:

There is a guy on the 106 forums with a Turbo'd 106 GTi - it's running 500 WHP. its completely un-useable. Spins in every gear.

It would be the same story with a Starlet (Or any FWD car for that matter).

AS for the guy who said, "Veyron teritory", are you having a f*cking laugh??

only so far you can go with fwd,but thats my opinion.
Spot on. Such a car would only be useful to street racers over here (no drag strip), the sensible modders focus on building "balance machines" with priority on handling/braking and response more so than top end grunt...you would have to drive a typical Bajan road to understand why...

why do people always refer to a bad quarter mile time and then judge the whole car on that run...

My first few goes in my starlet i could only manage a 13.9, low 14's consitant. Then i went back there a couple of months later and cracked a 13.2 on my second go on that day!!

Quarter mile times have soo many variables/traction/weather/tires/tempretures/Wind resistants etc etc etc.... And not to mention driver ability.

That car would have alot more potential then a 13.9. Trust me on that one........ Just need to either learn to drive it better or find a better set up that works and deals with the power better....

the Vtec engines weather they are turbod or N/A seem to have very very good traction compared to other cars, probably due to their power band. And the "torque" distributed in more revs as apposed to all the torque in fewer revs..........
