What I have read in this thread is pretty disgusting. From people being ripped off to others weighing in with pointless posts and lashings of language.

This matter is in the process of being investigated. Mark politely asked at the beginning of this thread that only people who are involved in this matter actually post in the thread. It was a simple request which was totally ignored. This thread will be opened back up soon and I would strongly advise following Marks request this time round.

Information:

Clarkie, Glanza97 and Snooksgt are all connected. At least two of them appear to work at or at least are connecting from a company that provide point of sale installations (we have the address and company name).

Firstly it is totally unacceptable to take money from someone and then neglect to send the item they have paid for. The fact that the seller could not organise a courier is his problem. Secondly if the seller is going to give a refund give the refund dont dictate terms of the refund such as "I will give you x amount when I have it" etc that is bullshit.

On the point of the fuel pump I would like to see the seller man up and refund for something that is not working especially since he sold it as new and now admits it was not new.

Both snooksgt and glanza97 are permanently banned from selling on this site ever again. This is a clear example of why the 4% fee paypal charge you should be paid.

In my opinion the seller has not given sufficient information on when he intends to refund the money, if I were the buyer I would not waste anymore time. I would contact the police immediately. Get a case number and post it in this thread so that if any other members have been ripped off they can contact the police.

Finally

If a successful resolution to this matter is not posted in this thread before Friday we will be deleting/banning glanza97 and snooksgt's accounts. We will then be contacting the company they have been connecting to our website from to report their names as committing fraud on this site via that companys Internet connection.

I will now ask that ONLY those involved directly, those who have direct information and staff post in this thread. All other posts will be removed.

my girlfriend finally got through to snooksgt agen today after trying night n day and just got aload of verbal abuse and threats to come down agen, shame he didnt kick off when i was stood in front of him on sunday!! so think i will be paying him a little visit again soon, good to hear they have been banned from selling on the site now!!

apparently my money was sent bck yesterday so it should come in the post 2moz, so we will see, still dnt think i will get it tho, if it dnt come by the end of the week a load of uz goin dwn, but if i do get my money bck that can be the end of it simply

Just looking back through this thief's posts and he has a bumper for sale and posts a link to a photo bucket account registered to Ant Capo. The name below which was first posted in this thread sounds similar.

Look I had for sale an engine, me and andy.i arranged for the sale to take place, he payed me over a period of weeks, and i was to send the engine out, so while i took too long to send the engine he has asked for a refund, and Ive told him he can have his refund, not once have I said he cant. I understand that he is flapping as I would be and anyone else for that matter if I/they had spent that much money. If I said your not getting it or something along them lines then fair enough id be doing everything possible but no one has even listened to me, admins have listened to someone saying they've been had off with £1300 and thats it all hell has broken loose

I have nothing to do with what evers going on between carlmqueen and snooksgt

If you check snooksgt last post you will see that the ip address is different from mine


I mean take a look at the difference in posts! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I thinks its unreasonable that you have spread my name across the front page and let users post my address and home phone number up, it seems like you have done it because its the only information you have. I only hope that users I have sold parts to before see this thread and can provide some backup about my genuinity

I appreciate your response but you have to appreciate that it is not acceptable to tell the member who is owed money, you will get some money at some point. The least you can do is tell him how much and when.

On the point of snooksgt. He is using your photobucket account for showing a bumper he has for sale. Both you and him have used the same internet connection at the same company and you obviously know who he is but are not willing to say. We cannot take risks with other members being ripped off. So if you choose to allow someone use your photobucket and share an internet connection with them it is very possible you and he are the same person. If you are not then feel free to tell us who he is.

Have just read the whole thread and imo there is something fishy going on, glanza97 you obviously know who snooksgt is if he is using your photobucket account. If you are not him and you do know him you should be ashamed by hiding his identity makes you just as bad as him, he has posted in this thread and gloated about what he has done.

Do you think it would seem a little odd then, that the IP address you are currently connecting from can also be matched to posts made by snooksgt?

But i didnt say he will get his money at some point, I told him I can sort him some money friday, I havent been irrational in any of my posts (up to the point) of been spoken to irrationally. I had every intention sending andy.i his engine, I brought a pallet home from work for godsake, i even asked him to remind me on a friday which he did, could take picture now if it was to help to get rid of my details posted all over the internet. And I understand you cannot take risks but there is no need to do that, you could block me from pm'ing people, block me from classifieds and wanted section, you could do numerous things that would have been alot more appropriate for the matter. I dont see why you are useing an IP Address to determine who someone is, your ip address will change (most of the time) if you turn your router off, if you remotely access one computer and go onto the internet you will display a different IP, if you use a proxy server you will show a different one yet again.

My name and details on the main page and on posts should be deleted, there is no proof I had intentions of scamming anyone
