Not got a loose pipe on the turbo or a crack/gap in air piping? Can you rule out boost leak/air escaping from anywhere?

Just for daftness mate, have you bench tested the motors your trying? I had similar(ish) problem with mine before. Turned out the spindle was seized thus burning out the motor when keep trying it. I would have guessed if you've got power up to the motor and you know the motor is good, it should...

Up here at work we use a company called Acorn Bearings which make bespoke belts to suit our machines etc, we give them sizes etc and they can make one to suit. A good motor factors should be able to find one mate, Ive been in this situation before and found Ferraris motor factors (FPS) always...

Does the battery charge light come on at all? Condition of alternator/belt seem fine? Battery terminals clean and tight. No chaffing wires or shorts? Clean all earths or even add more or new ends on maybe? Also, does the MIL light come on?

ahh its sorted now lol went straight through, feels a lot less restritive for sure and its also louder, looks nice and shiney aswell :cool:
