Have an thrust oil cooler kit for starlet not to sure what it's worth tdo4 kit Spose to be good would it be hard to get an external wastgate are they expensive ? Is it a good sawp with about 200e

Got an offer I can't refuse on a tdo4 kit installed and all but not sure what ecu I need will a standers do awhile ? Or what is the best or cheapest way to go?
