Thanks for the explaination Sigma, So by replacing a new box as in replacing the gear box? Also, you mentioned about the flywheel being worned thus creating resistance to shifting. Therefore, crunching gears = syncro problem and shift resistance = flywheel/clutch? Cheers

Hello, i have experienced similar problems a year ago. I don't think it is the clutch plates/gearbox. It is the clutch pedal and pump. It seems as if air has got into it. You could fix the problem by changing the clutch oil. hope that helps. cheers

Hey guys, I found the problem. I was taking out the aircon housing and there was a plug on it (just besides the battery) which i took out during the process of removing it. So yes, your right Ted. It was the aircon plug. (Silly me) But thanks a lot for your helpful tips anyway guys...
