    Just for daftness mate, have you bench tested the motors your trying? I had similar(ish) problem with mine before. Turned out the spindle was seized thus burning out the motor when keep trying it. I would have guessed if you've got power up to the motor and you know the motor is good, it should...

    Up here at work we use a company called Acorn Bearings which make bespoke belts to suit our machines etc, we give them sizes etc and they can make one to suit.     Loosing electrical power/ warning light flashing on/ car juddering and dying

    Does the battery charge light come on at all? Condition of alternator/belt seem fine? Battery terminals clean and tight. No chaffing wires or shorts? Clean all earths or even add more or new ends on maybe? Also, does the MIL light come on?

    exactly mate and Im not willing to spend like over 3 grand to get what, 250hp? When I could sell car, put that foward for an evo or seomthing. My main reason starting this thread wasnt to ask about how to get more power, I know how to do that. Its just after reading on these turbo units etc...

    as above, need driver side rear caliper for a glanza must be in good working order. The dust seal on mine split causing it to seize and now the piston is scored and damaged and inside caliper is rusting. cheers

    also, for future reference, just take the pipe near the timing case out all together and join the pipe from the turbo to the actuator. Remove plug from solenoid and as far as Im aware I think you can just take the whole thing out!
