£1500 question

Any one of the well known brands are good. Its down to personal choice really. ive had the power fc and i found it was very good but to be honest, they all are. I work in a tuning shop with a dyno in house and ive never heard my boss or any customer say that the ecu they have is bad. As it was said above, i would speak to the tuner you intend to go to to have it mapped and see what they say and what they feel most comfortable with. Mapping is mapping and they should be able to map any ecu but they will be more familiar with some than others. if you want to got for a full stand alone ecu then the motec is very good, so is the haltech and its about two thirds of the price. The power fc has 20x20 map points the motec and haltech have 32x32 so it allows for better fine tuning. But like i said its down to personal choice and the advice of your tuner who will be mapping it for you. Heres a link to the haltech

I hope this helps you :)

I've been about mate :p

Surprised you remember my forum name.

You still living up the road?

Let me know where i can get my hands on an fcon or motec, otherwise i'm very tempted by the link storm that Thor do atm.

Thanks
