1.4 vvti siezed

found my problem,bolt snapped on the vvtu cam gear on the intake cam.
anyone know of these engines are non contact or not?

oil wasn't circualting good enough due to that tripod mesh thing in the sump was blocked up. vvti valve was taken out and cleaned and the car is flying since.
