700 bhp evo ran a 10.9 in the wet over here at bishopscourt last year. what horsepower does the ep71 have?

the evo was stripped and had 4wd. does this post mean if it was dry the 71 would have been in the 9s?
edit; we must be running the half mile over here and nobody noticed, bloody irish tape measures.

i could actually do a level survey and tell you how many mm it is either downhill or uphill!?
