He was up against an 850bhp Evo VII racecar. It also ran a 10.5. The specs of the car are hush, hush. Jamaican Jesus syndrome.

Timing the runs with the timer in the video, i was unable to find a 10sec run, did i miss it or is it a different vid

nice one guys:D now try and do a 10sec run with a street legal starlet (only things stripped off are the seats, spare wheel), and equipped with a 4E !
this is the challange us in Malta want to achieve..and probably its soon to come:)

duno a figure, but i wouldnt have thought he will run something that hasnt already been achieved..

power is only one of the factors which nlfuences 1/4 mile times.....there are many other things to consider..........so regardless if he has a godzilla, ct9, tdo6 or 4 100hp nos shots...it will really be done to the complete package

things like driver, gear ratios, car weight, suspension,engine set up, powerband, strip type/preparation, etc. all play a part

one things,,,its very hard to car an accurate 1/4 mile time or power figure based solely on turbo (engine set-up)

guess we'll all have to wait and see when/if the time comes:cool:

how many times have u heard someone say..."i have X turbo on my car, so i should be running 11 secs and have about 350whp"....then they only run a 14.5 sec 1/4 mile and dyno at 200++whp....:haha::haha:

I thought it was street legal but its still very impressive.

in which run and who are u talking about exactly?

puffy runs a 5e engine in a ep70/71 shell---according to all reports

unless u mean spi, who i think uses a turbo 4age now in a ep70/71 shell

but the jamaicans would be better able to answer all the details

blue ep (puffy) 5efte and white 4 door ep(spi) 4agte 20v blacktop.both are ova 400whp.puffy's best time 10.1 and spi best time 11.0
