When i was looking for insurance, i must of rang 25 insurance companys. I think out of them only 3 would insure one.

if your under 21 its near impossible most the time to insure a glanza, and yes i know of only a very very few that will even accept the car!!

gt turbos are another matter and are quite easy tbh

im 18 no NCB accident (not my fault)
bad area (s60) cars ont drive

quoted 1700FC or 1300 TPFT

with NFU mutual

insured as a glanza 1331cc turbo aswell :D:D

originally came through as a 1295cc but quickly rectified at no extra cost ;)

M8 try admiral im 18 with 1ncb and my insureance was £1100 with no breakdown cover and £1200 with breakdown cover o and it is fully comp aswell with stereo window screen cover etc

rossi mate read all the above posts,

you cant compre gt turbos with glanza insurance its like trying to insure a 1.0 micra and a skyline lol, its completely different.

plus admiral dont even list glanzas!

well not really both got same engines etc im just saying he should try them give his reg and see what they can do.

insurance companys put glanza's in a higher risk category then ep-82's. My mates mum was xplaining this to me (she works for quinn). Its ridiculous when you think about it as GT's r quicker and lighter and perform very badly in accidents when compared to their heavier sister!

as stated try through adrian flux, im fully comp on my glanza 1year ncb and its 1350 but i am 21 but still was 1600 @ 21 with 0ncb so you may be looking around that mark, your not gonna get cheap insurance for a glanza as most companies dont even know what they are where as they all have starlet gt's listed you usualy have to argue that a glanza exists with some of the tools you speak to and have to be willing to deal with the 30minutes hold time while they say to there manager what is a glanza urm computer says no.
