2 Lambda Sensors??

It looks like that I have 2 lambda sensors, but my decat has only one hole. Is there 2 sensors or is it a another sensor for something else? Both go into the cat (one near the top and one in the same position but at the bottom)

The bottom one is the cat temp sensor and is not needed.

So I can just leave this tied up somewhere in the engine bay when I put on the decat?
