Only if a good ecu and tuner is used like AdamB said.

I personally will stay on 0.6bar and on race days 1.4 bar with a good fuel.

be carreful not big boost, and you are going to produce serious heat due tot he fact that ct9 is undersized for a 5E

Keep it on 10psi. If he turns up the boost his car will be a lot faster due to the mad explosions of a low AFR
And then something will break or melt.
Just be safe and get a bigger set of injectors. Do it right the first time.

And a TD04 with bigger injectors will be a nice upgrade
And most important a good management and a good tune
