next step is to name them if there is no reply from them about a refund,surely they sent it recorded, so would need a signature, they must be able to trace it through the post office, unless they know it aint gunna get to you.

as said, if i wer in there shoes, i'd be tryin to sort it out for you, to save myself a £110 refund

His profile is showing he has not been online since 5-11-09, its now the 11th today, so he genuinely has'nt been online for a while or he has changed his profile to not show him online.

He sent me a pic of the receipt, so at the time i thought all was good, and have since deleted it by accident (dont suppose the mods can do anything? lol)

So now since he hasnt been online since sending him PMs about it, im begining to think i have been 'had' so to speak :(

Im £110 out of pocket now, and dont know what to do? if i can even do anything?

yeah i know but the problem is what you have been asking for you cant do it !

dont you have a personal e-mail?

is he from the UK ? maybe you can name him and someone may know him and contact him via phone or something?

Yeah i guess i have his paypal so that will be his email adreess?

I dont want to name him yet just encase, i mean he sold a few other bits to people from the same thread i bought from, so im going to PM them to see if they can help...

Right i PM'd all the members on here who posted in his for sale thread and 2 of them go back to me and 1 member even went to his house to pick up some wheels and may have a phone number for him, which is good.

Not really much more i can do now.

And also got his email, going to send a message to him too.

Just looked back through a few of the PMs he sent me and he seems realy genuine, but i guess he would anyway if he was to send it or not...

Well at least you know where he lives which helps make him more likely to get it sorted if you get me.

Not that I'm saying go round up the boys with the bull dog and jump in a ute to throw him a beating, but the potential that you could do it might make him sort it out.

Yeah exactly mate, im waiting for the guy who went round there to get the wheels to get back to me with phone number and address.

Just emailed him too.
