any ideas for circlip alternative after fitting actuator!

Mate use a R clip you can get these from any motor store or halfords if you have to.. Iv done mine like that and it holds on fine.

Pin type i would have thought. You would be better doing something like that than getting a hole type and using a paperclip as mentioned in your wanted thread, a small nut and bolt would be better if using a hole type.
But yeah, improvise!

thanks mate! so just get an r clip and put it around the pin at the back ya?
just that pin is so small and hard to get

Sounds like a couple people are using R clips yeah, I used a bit of thin wire, wrapped it round the pin in the litlle groove then gave it a good twist. Its a bit of a fuck about but once you get something decent in there it should stay!

ya its a nisance of a bloody thing when it pops out ill have a go at a hair clip bent around the pin? would that work?
