No it won't because you'll be paying all that extra money just for fancy D2 decals. They are exactly the same. They are made in Taiwan together with the D2/Ksports etc. in the same factory. Same parts, same shocks, same springs. Different paint and decals. That's about it.

Also note that these specific D2/Ksports kits don't have specific Starlet springrates. They are in the ballpark of where they should be.. usually a bit too harsh though.. but you can alter that (albeit slightly) with the preload.
But still.. coilover kits like Tein/KW/Bilstein etc have specific (tested on your type car) springrates and that makes it very very different.

i would just put up with the cuscos then buy some teins when you can afford them. up to you though mate as its your car

It looks a bit dodgy that to me. Carbon copy of a D2 but an unknown brand. I'd stay well clear.

the main problem i found with them is that you cant actually use them on B roads. you are bouncing about so much that is near dangerous, the car is no fun.
get on some half decent roads and they are better.

Set up properly they are fine, ask Grant how our car handles on bumpy back roads
