At last sorted (some of the problems with the ems) and car was set on the dyno it gave out 135bhp @ the flywheel with 7psi so the engine sound healthy :) i took it out on the road and *#@$% you have to see how the F$#@er goes :gt-smilie:

I will run it @ 7psi for some time then it will be up to 14psi when i mount the fmic as the air temp is going up to 65deg with the tmic!

Im really happy with it i cannot put enough smiles here :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

err for got to say its a bit hard to stop :)

Nice one mate, I bet it shifts compared to its old setup :D

Will be nice witht the FMIC, should see very good power figures with the little 4e, the power to weight will be brilliant too.

The aygo will prob actually weigh the same as a GT maybe even a glanza with the 4efte, since its dry weight standard is 790kg.

Still must feel much quicker! You'll soon get used to it and crave more though!:homer:

Awesome starting point - just wait till you start tuning it!

I'm thinking an Aygo will feel a lot quicker due to the sheer madness factor of a smaller car. Hold on tight buddy and take care!

Thank you all guys :) i think it must be a bit lighter than a gt as with the aygo engine with the turbo (maybe had 95/100 bhp ) it use to run as mich as a standard glanza. Now its a lot faster you can feel the bigger torque when it goes into boost (lacks a bit of power out of boost but)

Yes kon i took it to johann and he did a brilliant job but the mrturbo ecu gave him a lot of hassle to program + he have to map it live as it is not accepting the program if he try to load it from the lapto (give comm error)

Sheldon the problem is that i have a f$#%ked up coil so i will be replacing it on monday as it works funny until it warms up (Then it flies :) )


The car is handling the power nicely doesnt feel overpowered at anytimeeven going fast around corners ! even the brakes are doing a good job.
