Bad Customer care ** TC Trading

Just reading over on UKSC seems like they are having problem with TC Trading,

Really ruins peoples perception of a quality trader when you get people like this running a traders account without even replying to topics or even the sites host ''Enzo''

This is not aimed at running a reputation but purly looked at from a traders point of view where things like this simply does not even cross my mind with regards to ignoring my own traders section or ignoring customers in general, cant understand why.

Enzo looks to be taking a firm hand well done ! :)

harrison (ecksjay) is a really top bloke and have absolutely no trouble with dealing with, hes good at what he does and very eficient,

the other half of tc trading seems to deal in a slightly different way

this isn't the first time there's been problems, well done to enzo but this shouldn't be happening again and again......

That is bad, hence the reason our traders are so stringently controled.

it's wierd cos i've bought a couple of things off rick before and the service was great, it's as if he suddenly decided to stop giving a fuck...

i bought a turbo timer from him a while ago
it didnt arrive
he said its tough
i asked for proof of postage so i can claim from post office
he said hed get it
he then ignored every one of the 10 + emails i sent to him

thats all i will say
since then ive not ever looked in there again

yeah he seems good at ignoring stuff from what i can see. yet he's still posting elsewhere on the site like all's good in the 'hood. very facey.

he did take ages, very long time with my shifter with no answer but in the end i did get it. wont go there again 'Only a fool makes that same mistake twice'

I agree with some comments on here, but was there really any point in posting this on here? :confused:

Btw Rick is a good guy to those who don't know him. He would help me if I ever needed advice and I'm sure he'd do the same for others. :)

well i guess the whole point of posting this here is so no one from this site who didnt know about this go and buy anything from them and end up getting nothing !

Who gives a shit if he is a good guy or not.

Waiting 7 months for a part and then having the cheek not to reply or give updates takes the piss regardless.

Toby got stick for parts turning up late and lack of communication, so don't see the problem with it.

This thread was not started to have a go, all i was saying is that by treating customers in this way it makes customers or people more weary when approaching a trader as they may have had a bad experience in the past and may think that they will receive the same again. All traders should really act in a way that puts customers first not on the back foot all the time woundering where a reply is or why they are not being responded too.

Jay - You were right i will close it as like i said before by posting it here it makes people aware what is going on around them its simply passing on information about other forums and as i have an interest in this as i am a trader myself i find it a bit odd how people can operate like that.

before people start getting the wrong representation of what i am trying to say i will close it.

thanks for posting this Dane. These guys tried selling on here before and may again in the future so I will move this to the Sales feedback forum so members they might approach on here are aware of their customer service.

I feel for the staff over on UKSC as situations like this are not nice to have to mop up after but they appear to be taking the right approach so fair play. As seen here in the past 12 months even with a strong policy toward trader positions you can still get bad apples.

We get a serious amount of requests for traders positions and turn the vast majority down.
