power Fcs pro have launch control but the starlet one doesn't. if you get someone who knows what they are doing with It tho will be able to get it to build boost on the line. so it then does have a kind of launch control.
I wound personally look at link ecus if your after a good standalone.
bee*rs are a piece of crap anyway. and will break lots of things.
