what do you mean? i guess you are changing the battery?

if so, as long as you connect it up the right way you will be fine!

What about taking out the EFI computer fuse ? Does that work?

Disconnecting the battery or removing the EFI fuse will reset the ECU to base settings. A Blitz ECU will take a little time to readapt to the setup afterwards but other than that there shouldn't be an issue. I would usually reset an ECU after upgrading a component, it gives the car a chance to 'relearn'.

Can't see any damage being caused so you can relax.
