Blue smoke means you're burning oil. Most likely to be turbo oil seals, although it could be piston rings or valve stem seals. Crack off your intercooler pipework and check if there is any oily residue inside. If there is, your turbo oil seals are on their way out.

check the breather on top of the rocker cover,
and intercooler pipe,
take car out to warm up, then use a little bit of boost,
then check it whilst idling.
isit just on stand still you have smoke or when accelarating or de-accelarating?

He never said its a turbo. :p

But it is most likely burning a bit of oil, could be valve stem seals or the turbo - if you do have one! ;)
