Anyone has used those Simonta airfilters...?
they already have the filter housed inside some sort of cover...
like the filter is in some huge can made of fiber.
will get hands on one soon...will try n keep u guys posted.

It's pretty the same effect as Dub-Se7en is creating. If you had rubber tubes on your intake you could literally pinch it closed to create the same venturi effect.

Here's my ghetto attempt to control my boost creep:





Same idea as dub's, except instead of foam I've wrapped the filter in 2 pairs of sports socks!

Not actually sure if its worked properly, I had two socks to start with and it controlled boost a little better but now I have four socks on which will hopefully stabilise the boost further.
