If you were upgrading to a more free flowing manifold then it's natural to see a slight drop in pressure. If you have just changed to an identical unit then a pipe may be loose/leaking slightly.

i have changed it for a free flowing manifold and all the ic pipes are nice and tight, could it be the gauskets?

See above...
Could also be gaskets, but you would know if they were not sealing properly

just fitted a free flow manifold myself and noticed a small decrease in boost pressure by about 2-3psi, after a while one of the gaskets blew, you would no if the gaskets were leaking by the sound coming from under the bonnet..

gaskets should be changed whenever you replace something, thats the better way to do and be sure that everything is fine!
