Depends really, most of these engines are older than 15 years old so you could have any of the following really:
Crank regrind (almost a definate on an old engine)
New Bearings
Crank Shaft oil seal
May have bent a rod
Possibly new shells
Wont know until its opened up what the extent of the damage is. Because of the crank it will need the clearences checked also, most do it upon regrind, well ones i use do.
