No it won't the bc's have quite different locking rings to the normal one's.
You can buy new c spanners directly from bc though, £12.50 a pair....

really? Dave B was fitting some to an evo at the weekend and im sure i recall the locking rings looking pretty much the same as my teins???

The bc c spanners have a rounded point to them that sit in the locking ring rather than just a 90 degree angle cut out, some other c spanners may work but the one's I had with my cusco's wouldn't have.
Infact maybe it was just my cusco one's that were different, here's the bc one's though:
You do want one's that are a good fit though as it makes adjusting them much easier so I'd just get the proper one's.
