Gee if its took you 3 months to try and blot on those brakes, you will be retired before you get to changing synchros LOL.

I ran a 52 box then changed to a 56 for a LSD.

I noticed no difference on the road.

would 5 speed levin final drive fit c56 gerbox? or will i have to use whole levin gearbox? if i end up using levin box will my quaife atb differencial work with levin box and still have short ratio? also what code would be for that box and what year levin it would be off?

as far as i know...the crown wheel and pinion wheel determine the final drive gedis...and they go togother in normal cases........so u would need to transfer the entire gearbox internals into the bell houising u wish to use...that's the easiest way

in relation to using your lsd...u should be able to bolt the exisitng crown wheel to the lsd......i assume all have 8 bolts..........unlike the tercel g/box which has 6 bolts if i remember correctly
