Cant post in member gallery?!

For some reason Im not allowed to post in the members gallery? do I need a certain post count to be able to or what?

It just says members gallery though, doesnt specify which member status!..How do I become a paid member?

Lol I know i was just being cheeky! If you click on the user cp tab to the top left, then go to the bottom of the list on the right of that screen and you'll find the "paid subscriptions" link.
