Car is jumping on 1st gear.. why?

2 of my friend's and my Starlets have the same issue so I though it is normal. They have Trinity racing clutch and I am on normal clutch. I even have a problem with the rev dropping to about 500RPM when I am moving off. So what could be the problem?

After a lllooooonnggg time i fixed my glutch problem easy,inexpensive and really fast..I bought a repair kit for the slave cylinder of the gearbox i did the repair and the difference was tremendous..The engage and disengage of the gears is really enjoyable

check if it is a loose wire in your ecu because wen i release my cluch it use to happen wen free wheel gust in first. but wen i put my foot on the foot rest beside the cluch it would happen in any gear. or its cross wire some where in the ecu
