Car seriously hissitating until 4500 rpm, help!! :)

i have and fcd and was told to turn it off if its boosting standard but it will not run

i jus fitted an adjustable actuator and it is boosting 11psi

ive the fcd set at 6 should i turn it up more or wat? am scared of tampering too much

take the fcd out man, u need an adjustable fpr set up wit a hks fcd, the hks fcd will make u run lean, am not sure if thats is causing the hesitating do, get it out any ways

cheers :) could it be that the actuator is too stiff and the wastegates struggling to open? its pickling me lol

actuator is off a tongs hybrid which is going on the car brave and soon lol

Its four wires, one for battery, one for earth and two for the map sensor. After removing the two wires of the map sensor, rejoin the the two ends for the map sensor. Of the top of my head, the map sensor is a green wire.

If you have tried running the FCD at zero, providing it is wired in correctly, it will act the same when you remove it, as when the FCD is at zero, it is off.

The higher you have the fcd set at, the leaner you will be running, without having fuelling support.

For running 11psi, you don't need the FCD, so either set at zero, or take it out

the fcd should be set at setting 7/8,

but the fuelling also needs adjusting to suit, and you would need an rrfpr and a dyno to do this.
