Anyone know anywhere thats good and cheap?

most prices i have got are about £300 quid!!

and the AA cant do it for me on my membership.

i can hire a car and a trailer for £165 - but i was hoping for an easy option?

Pull a part off your car that AA won't be able to fix and have them transport it then!

You will need someone who can legally drive with that trailer though.

At the end of the day mate, easy isn't cheap, and cheap isn't easy... All depends on what your priority is!

LOL, that must have been a BIG can... :p

And yes, all people who visit me enjoy the experience! Just like I'm currently enjoying my 2nd bottle of wine!

From where to where?
Look for small firms with recovery trucks. I got charged £70 + VAT for my car to be taken to my specialist.

If you have access to a Car with a Tow ball, then hire a trailer. Cheapest option

As long as it doesnt weigh more than 3tons all together, then you can legally drive it with the trailer.

Or borrow an A-Frame if the car has wheels on. If the car is drivable ish, catch a train to where the car is and then suddenly break down when you get in the car a nice AA ride home then.

lol same yea i would but the car has no engine in it, its going to get its engine back in so cant really do that haha.

i have tried small firms but they are all either booked up, dont work sat or are too expensive.

and its from welwyn in herts to halstead in suffolk

and yea i have my dad on trailer driving duty lol.

tell the AA it wont start, and "break" the bonnet release cable.

Do what jeremey clarkson did, tell them you're in a race and cant open the bonnet (Cheap porsche challenge thing)

thats a good idea, but it also has no front bumper on and lots of other bits off the front lol.

Trailor laws are different now, you can't tow anything more than 750kgs, including the weight of the trailer unless you do a test and have it added on to your licence.
